Our Love Luna Full Brief - Plum is perfect for sleep, new mums, and let's face it - helping to hold in all the different types of bellies us ladies have! Made from soft, breathable cotton with a high waist for maximum comfort - the Full Brief is your must have shape.
Know your flow: Absorbs 15-20ml (3-4 regular tampons) & can be worn on its own or as a backup. Only you know your flow. (See below for more details on flow)

Gentle Flow: If you flow 15-20mls gently over 4-6 hours then this underwear will work well for you.
"Gush Flow": If you "gush" 15ml-20mls all at once on and off throughout the day then this underwear may not be suitable.
Heavy Flow: Love Luna Period Underwear is not recommended to be worn alone as your only method of period protection if you have a heavy flow, unless you plan on changing frequently.
Back up: This underwear is the perfect partner when using a menstrual cup or tampons!
Care Instructions: It's washable, reusable & easy to care for. Rinse your Luna briefs and reusable pads with cold water as soon as you can after removal, until the water starts to run clear. Pop them in a Luna Washbag with the rest of your washing and wash with like colours on a cold water cycle (max 30 degrees).
Wash before wear. Cold delicate machine wash with like colours. Do not add softener. Do not soak. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Line dry.
